The 250,000 sq.ft. Santis Substrates state-of-the-art production plant (can be expanded up to 400,000 sq.ft.) is equipped to deliver up to 1.2 million sq.ft. of quality PCBs each month.

Superb manufacturing facilities: We have 10 CAD/CAM workstations and two laser plotters operating 24 hours a day, plus a large support team of skilled engineers. Our 10,000 sq.ft. of clean rooms ensure high-quality silk screened
solder resistance designs on both inner and outer-layers of our PCBs.

Ecologically aware: We strive for the optimum balance between profitability and environmental impact and are always working to enhance our corporate social responsibility in terms of environmental protection.

In 2003 we designed and constructed an environmentally friendly water treatment plant to cope with expanding production. This water treatment plant can process up to 2,700 cubic meters of waste water per day, exceeding Guangdong Province’s water discharge emission standards.

We also spend considerable efforts to process waste gases responsibly, with a processing load of up to 45,000 cubic meters per hour. At Santis Substrates, we do our best to manage waste and implement environmentally friendly production processes.
